Just a picture of Stone Pale Ale and some chili

It’s been a long, tiring day, and at the end of it all, I get to put my feet up, crack open a bottle of Stone Pale Ale and dig into a bowl of leftover beer chili and beer cheese sauce (more on those in a later post). A moderately-spiced chili and a moderately-hopped pale ale make up the perfect pairing for unwinding after midweek stress. And as Aristotle would say, moderation is key. A more intense flavor combination might been overwhelming, while less would have been unrewarding and “bitin.
