Asparagus pie with eggs and parmesan to be baked

- a small pack of cooking cream

- gr. 500 of white asparagus


- gr. 150 of Parmesan cheese

- gr. 150 of flour

- extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of the asparagus cake

Prepare the pasta by mixing the flour, an egg and the butter, water and salt to tie, make a ball and put it in the refrigerator.

Clean the asparagus, cut them into slices and cook them with the onion, oil, salt and pepper.
