Avocado salmon cream: a perfect mix with lemon

Recipe to prepare a salmon avocado cream to serve as a first course, a perfect match for any type of dinner, to be served in a tureen garnished with lemon sticks.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 2 large avocados

- salt


- 1 slice of smoked salmon weighing 40 gr.

- juice of 2 large lemons

How to make salmon avocado cream

Prepare the two lemons squeezed to obtain the juice, then peel the avocados with a knife and cut them into fairly large pieces eliminating the stones.

Put them in the blender together with the lemon juice, a pinch of salt and half a liter of water.

To serve, arrange the cream obtained in a bowl, garnishing in the center with thin strips obtained by cutting the slice of salmon.
