Capers and anchovies sauce with olives

How to prepare capers and anchovies sauce, a simple recipe for a tasty side dish, also suitable to be spread on canapés to be served as an appetizer.


Ingredients for 2 people

- 2 desalted and deliscated anchovies

- a large handful of parsley


- a small clove of garlic

- 70 g of pine nuts

- a spoonful of pickled capers


- 2 boiled egg yolks

- a handful of breadcrumbs soaked in vinegar and squeezed

- 6 pitted green olives


- salt

- 5 tablespoons of vinegar
