How to remove coffee stains from fabrics

Cotton


If the stain is still fresh, wet it with water and rub, if it is dry it is necessary to use glycerin with alcohol and ammonia instead and proceed with washing as usual.

If the coffee is still liquid and has not yet affected the fibers, wet the stain with water and rub gently.

If the stain is now dry, apply the glycerin to the affected spot and immediately afterwards wash in warm water, with a few drops of ammonia, rubbing the garment gently until the final rinse.

Velvet

Wet the stain with water and cover the reverse side of the stained fabric with a damp cotton cloth, then iron the cloth.

Leather and hide

Wet and rub the stain with water, then dry with a cotton handkerchief. Restore the skin treatment with neutral shoe polish.
