- 2 spoons of parmesan
- a pinch of salt
- a little nutmeg
- 2 ounces of canned tuna
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Preparation of boiled tuna meatloaf without potatoes
Chop the tuna and add the whole eggs, the grated Parmesan, the breadcrumbs, the salt and the nutmeg, mix everything and give the shape of a sausage, wrap it in a moistened cloth by tying it at the top and bottom.
Put in boiling water and boil for 20/30 minutes.
