Ingredients 6 people

- 450 g of shortcrust pastry

- 60 g of rice


- 3 eggs

- 3 dl of milk

- 100 g of sugar


- 1 sachet of vanillin

- 30 g of chopped mixed candied fruit

- 1 lemon


- salt

Preparation of rice and custard tart

In a saucepan, with boiling water and a pinch of salt, boil the rice.
