Shrimp canapes in pink sauce: easy appetizer recipe

Simple recipe to prepare shrimp canapés, as they are made in pink sauce, an appetizer with a delicate taste that can be made in a short time, to be served cold.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 8 slices of sandwich bread

- 4 tablespoons of pink sauce, based on tomato sauce, mustard, cream or yogurt and cognac


- 150 gr. of shrimp

How shrimp canapes are made

Boil the shrimp in properly salted boiling water and shell them as soon as they are cooked.

Divide the slices of sandwich bread into four squares which will be the shape of our canapés.

Spread the pink sauce on each canapé and put on each one or two shrimps depending on the size.

Arrange on a tray without overlapping.
