Veal fillet with sesame

How to cook veal fillet, an easy-to-prepare recipe with few necessary ingredients, to be flavored with sesame seeds and freshly ground pepper.


Ingredients for 6 people

- 800 g of veal fillet

- Sesame seeds


- butter

- extra virgin olive oil

- salt


- black pepper

How to make sesame veal fillet

Tie the veal fillet with the kitchen string and rub it with the butter, then mix the sesame seeds with the freshly ground pepper, then pass the meat in this mixture making it adhere well.

Put the meat in a pan and brown it on all sides, on high heat, with 50 g of butter and 2 or 3 tablespoons of oil.

Lower the heat and add half a glass of hot water, continue cooking in an uncovered pan for 10 minutes, then turn the meat over with a wooden ladle so as not to pierce it, add salt and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

Remove the fillet from the pan, untie it and slice it, sprinkling the slices of meat with the cooking juices.
