- 8 eggs
- 1 small black truffle
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 anchovy fillets in oil

Preparation of anchovy eggs
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the peeled and crushed garlic clove together with the anchovy fillets and chopped parsley.
