How to prepare apple puff pastries and apricot jam
Soak the raisins in warm water for a few minutes.
Peel the apples, remove the core, cut them into cubes and pour them into a pan.
Combine sugar, grated lemon zest, cinnamon, squeezed raisins and brandy.
Transfer the pan to the heat and cook for about 10 minutes on high heat.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the apricot jam, mix, put the filling in a bowl and let it cool.
Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin with the help of a little flour.
Cut squares of about 10-12 cm each side.
Place 1 tablespoon of apple filling in the center of the puff pastry squares, brush the corners of the pasta with the beaten egg and combine them to form bundles.
Turn on the oven at 180 ° C.
Brush the surface of the puff pastries with the beaten egg and place them on the plate lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
