How to prepare an apple strudel with ready-made puff pastry, a recipe that includes, among the ingredients, apples, pine nuts, raisins and ladyfingers, with a pinch of cinnamon.


Ingredients 4 people

- 2 rennet apples

- 2-3 tablespoons of pine nuts


- 2 tablespoons of raisins

- 4 ladyfingers biscuits

- 2-3 tablespoons of sugar


- cinnamon powder

- half a lemon

- 1 pack of puff pastry - approx. 250 g -


Apple strudel preparation with ready puff pastry

Peel the apples and remove the core, then cut them into small pieces and sprinkle them with lemon juice so that they do not become dark.

Toast the pine nuts and soak, drain and squeeze the raisins.

In a bowl mix the cut apples with the crumbled ladyfingers, the pine nuts, raisins, sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.

On the oven tray put the baking paper and spread the puff pastry on it.

Spread the apple mixture over the puff pastry, then roll up and close the pastry at the top and bottom.

Peel off its surface with a fork.

Bake at 200 ° C for about half an hour.

Serve lukewarm.
