How to make the aurora sauce with bechamel, a recipe for a delicate flavor preparation, including tomato sauce and ideal to accompany white meats and eggs
Ingredients for about 1/2 liter of sauce
- 4 dl of bechamel or velvety sauce
- 1 dl of rather thick tomato sauce
- 100 g of butter in small pieces
How to prepare the aurora sauce with bechamel
With the béchamel sauce (or with the velvety sauce) lukewarm add the tomato sauce, little by little, then pass through a sieve.
Add the butter into small pieces, mix carefully and pour into a sauce boat.
