Ingredients for 4 people

- 300 g of flour

- 1 cube of brewer's yeast


- 150 g of potatoes

- 150 g of milk

- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil


- 3 eggs

- 150 g of mozzarella

- 150 g of cooked ham


- salt

Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water.
