Baked pasta timbale recipe

How to make the timbale of baked pasta, recipe with meat sauce with bechamel sauce, shortcrust pastry and parmesan cheese, to be cooked in the oven for about half an hour.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 gr. pasta (recommended penne)

- meat sauce to taste


- 1 large cup of bechamel

- 4 spoons of parmesan cheese

- shortcrust pastry


Preparation of baked pasta timbale

Line with a shortcrust pastry (also frozen one is fine), fill it with the penne cooked al dente dressed with meat sauce, bechamel and grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover with fine pulled shortcrust pastry and close at the edges.

Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
