Baked penne timbale with meat sauce

How to prepare the timbale of baked penne, recipe with meat sauce and bechamel, necessary ingredients and details of the preparation.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 400 gr. of pens

- meat sauce to taste


- 1 large cup of bechamel

- 4 spoons of parmesan cheese

- shortcrust pastry


How to make the timbale of baked penne

Line with a shortcrust pastry (also frozen one is fine), fill it with the penne cooked al dente dressed with meat sauce, bechamel and grated Parmesan cheese.

Cover with fine pulled shortcrust pastry and close at the edges.

Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
