Ingredients for 4 people

How to prepare baked pork loin

Tie the boneless pork loin with the kitchen twine.

Chop the rosemary leaves, the clove, salt, freshly ground pepper, and with this mince rub the meat, then grease it with the oil, then place it in a pan.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven and let the roast rest for about half an hour.

Meanwhile, clean the potatoes and cut them into large slices lengthwise.

Remove the hardest and whitest part of the asparagus stalks.


Clean the artichokes and cut them into wedges.

Then blanch the potatoes for 5 minutes in lightly salted water, the artichokes for 3 minutes and the asparagus for 2 minutes.

Drain all the vegetables, dry them, grease them with oil and cook them on the grill.

Soften the butter and work it with a wooden spoon, then add the chopped parsley, a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Cut the roast into slices and serve it with the grilled vegetables seasoned with the butter sauce.
