Baked potato dumplings with eggs and parmesan

Ingredients for 4 people

- 500 gr. mashed potatoes not seasoned

- 2 eggs

- 80 gr. made with flour

- 100 gr. of butter

- 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese

- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

- salt and pepper

How to make baked potato dumplings

Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl and add the flour, the eggs one at a time, the chopped parsley, the grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Mix the dough well, make small balls and cook them in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.

Drain them and put them in an abundantly buttered and sprinkled parmesan dish.
