Ingredients for 6 people

- 800 g of potatoes

- 50 g of butter


- 1 egg + 2 yolks

- nutmeg

- salt

- 1 small onion

Procedure for cooking potato baskets stuffed with tomato sauce

Put the peeled potatoes in a pan with cold water, cook them, then peel them and pass them in the potato masher.
