Beef fillet with mushrooms and potatoes

How to prepare a tasty fillet of beef with champignon mushrooms, a recipe to be served combined with a side dish of golden brown potatoes.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 800 g of beef fillet

- 200 g of champignons


- 400 g of potatoes

- 1 sprig of rosemary

- butter


- extra virgin olive oil

- chopped parsley

- salt


- pepper

Preparation of beef fillet with mushrooms

Tie the beef fillet with the kitchen string and put it in a pan with 30 g of butter, 2 tablespoons of oil and rosemary.

Untie the fillet and slice it, then serve it with mushrooms and potatoes as a side dish.
