How to prepare a tasty fillet of beef with champignon mushrooms, a recipe to be served combined with a side dish of golden brown potatoes.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 800 g of beef fillet
- 200 g of champignons
- 400 g of potatoes
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- extra virgin olive oil
- chopped parsley
Preparation of beef fillet with mushrooms
Tie the beef fillet with the kitchen string and put it in a pan with 30 g of butter, 2 tablespoons of oil and rosemary.Recommended readings

Brown it on a high heat on all sides, turning it over with a wooden spoon to not pierce the meat, then lower the heat and add 3 or 4 tablespoons of hot water, continue cooking with the pan uncovered for about 10 minutes, then add the salt and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
