Beef skewers recipe with pilau rice

How to cook beef skewers with pilaf rice, recipe with bacon and peppers that includes boiled chickpeas and tomatoes with parsley among the necessary ingredients.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 600 g of selected beef pulp

- 2 yellow peppers


- 2 red peppers

- 200 g of bacon cut into thick slices

- 300 g of rice


- 70 g of butter

- 1 onion

- chopped parsley


- 200 g of boiled chickpeas

- 2 tomatoes

How to prepare beef skewers with rice

Cut the beef meat into cubes and the bacon into squares.

Wash the peppers, remove the seeds and filaments, then cut them into small pieces.

Wash the tomatoes and squeeze them slightly to remove the seeds and the vegetable water, then cut them into cubes.

Prepare the skewers by skewering a piece of meat, one of pepper and one of bacon, continue in this order until the whole skewer is covered.


Brush the skewers with oil, add salt and pepper, then put them on the hot grill to cook.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and put it in a pan with 40 g of butter, cook it slowly and as soon as it is tender pour the rice, toast it on high heat for a few minutes, then stirring constantly adding salt, pepper and half a liter of hot water.

Bring to a boil and cover, then pass in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

Remove the rice from the oven, mix the remaining butter and put it in a tray, add the parsley and chickpeas.

Place the skewers on top and decorate with the diced tomatoes.
