How to cook beef steak in a pan, a recipe that includes black pepper and cream among the necessary ingredients, with an easy preparation procedure thanks to the detailed description of the various steps, from peeling the sirloin to cooking it in a pan.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 beef sirloin slices of 200 g each

- 2 tablespoons of black peppercorns


- 1 ladle boiling nut broth

- 15 g butter

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil


- half a glass of cream

- salt

Preparation of beef steak

Lightly pound the black pepper grains using the meat tenderizer, or in the mortar, to break them up, and sprinkle the slices of sirloin on the ox.


Gently tap the meat on the surface, so as to make the pepper slightly penetrate, acting on both sides.

Put in a pan of adequate size, oil and butter and, as soon as they are hot, cook the slices of meat over high heat, keeping in mind that the degree of cooking is preferable to be cooked.
