- 4 cloves of garlic

- Sage


- Olive oil

- Cannellini beans: gr. 400 (dry)

- Ripe tomatoes gr. 400

How to make beans all'uccelletto with tomato

Boil the beans on a low heat for about 2 hours and let them cool in the cooking water.

In a pan, brown the crushed ai and a few leaves of sage in 8 tablespoons of oil.


Before the garlic takes color, add the drained and still warm beans. Salt, pepper and cook them for a few minutes.

Finally add the peeled and seedless tomatoes and cook slowly for about half an hour, turning with a wooden spoon.
