How to make biscuits without butter, a simple recipe that requires few ingredients, quick in preparation and baked in the oven after brushing with the beaten egg.


Ingredients for 6 people

- Flour gr. 400

- 2 eggs


- Sugar

- A sachet of yeast

- Olive oil


How to make biscuits without butter

Knead the flour with an egg, 4 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of salt and a little warm water, then work as if to make the normal pasta sheet.

Make it a ball and let it rest in the cool for about half an hour.

Shape it with a thick finger and make donuts that you will put on the floured oven plate.

Carve the surface with four cuts per side, brush with a beaten egg and cook in the medium oven for about 20 minutes.
