How to make boiled asparagus, recipe with cooking in the butter of the tips and to be served with a generous sprinkling of grated Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- Butter: gr. 100

- Grated Parmesan cheese


- Asparagus with green tip about Kg. 1,5

- Salt and pepper

Preparation of boiled asparagus

Clean the asparagus by scraping the white part and washing them. Tie them in a bunch and cook them in the appropriate tall and narrow container, taking care that the water reaches the white part.

The tips will cook in the steam. Salt and keep on the fire for about 20 minutes, with the lid.

When the asparagus are cooked al dente, that is, crispy, remove them from the heat, remove the hard white part and brown the tips in the butter. Salt, pepper and after 10 minutes sprinkle with plenty of Parmesan.
