Boiled eggs stuffed with smoked salmon


How to make boiled eggs stuffed with smoked salmon, recipe including rye bread and mayonnaise among the ingredients, with detailed preparation procedure.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 eggs

- 100 gr. of smoked salmon

- 8 slices of rye bread

- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon of mustard

- 1 pinch of curry

- 20 gr. of butter

- salt and pepper

Preparation of eggs stuffed with smoked salmon

Immerse the eggs in a pan with boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and cool with cold water, then remove the shell and divide each into two parts, lengthwise.

Toast the slices of bread in the oven, cut the salmon into slices of the same size.

Remove the yolks and set aside the solidified egg whites, with a fork, break the yolks in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper, mix well to perfectly mix all the ingredients.

Once this is done, fill the cavities left with the egg whites with the mixture obtained, then butter the slices of toasted bread, placing the slices of the smoked salmon on top.

Place them on the serving tray and on top of each place half a stuffed egg.
