How to cook the Bolognese omelette, a quick and easy recipe, to be made with fresh eggs, parmesan cheese, flour and a handful of chopped parsley.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 fresh eggs
- 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of white flour
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 40 g of butter
- salt and pepper
How to prepare the Bolognese omelette
In a bowl beat the eggs with a fork, add salt, pepper, grated cheese and the flour passed through a colander, to avoid lumps.
Continuing to whisk, add the parsley and 4 tablespoons of water.
In a pan, melt the butter and quickly mix it with all the other ingredients.
Pour the mixture into the pan used to melt the butter, then still hot and greased.

Cook the omelette for 5 minutes on a medium heat, so that the flour cooks.
After placing the omelette on a tray and serve immediately on the table.
