How to cook brandy pork chops, a recipe to make in a pan with a few necessary ingredients and a quick and easy preparation.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

- 1 glass of brandy


- 2 oranges

- 4 pork chops

- 20 gr. of butter


- salt

- ground pepper

Preparation of brandy pork chops

Prepare an orange peeled, completely removing the white skin from the wedges to be cut into small pieces.


Make a squeeze of the remaining orange, collecting the juice in a small bowl.

Take the wet meat tenderizer and beat the pork chops. Heat oil with butter in a pan on the fire, then put the pork chops on it, making them brown on both sides.
