Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano

- 2 eggs

Preparation of breaded and fried cod fillet

Start by defrosting the fish fillets, an operation necessary in the case of frozen ones, cut this into cubes.

Prepare the sauce in a bowl, beat the mayonnaise with the fork with a fork, then, continuing to mix, first pour the vinegar and then the oil, both flush, and set aside.

In a deep enough pan, heat plenty of oil and fry the cod cubes, turning them every so often so that they become golden and crispy.

As soon as they are evenly colored, drain them and pass them on kitchen paper to eliminate excess grease.


Arrange the fish on the serving plates, together with the salad leaves, with the sauce spread over.
