How to make sea bream with champignons mushrooms, recipe with all the necessary ingredients and preparation procedure described in detail for an excellent result.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 2 sea bream of about 500 g each

- 150 g of champignons mushrooms


- 1/4 liter of dry white wine

- 1 onion

- 1 leek


- 1 bay leaf

- 100 g of butter

- 25 g of flour


- the juice of 1 lemon

- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley

How to prepare champignons sea bream

Scale the sea bream, clean and fillet them obtaining four whole fillets, then remove the skin and bones, finally wash and dry them gently.

Wash all fish waste well, including the heads, put them in a pan with half a liter of cold water, wine, onion and leek cut into slices, bay leaf, salt and pepper.

Boil over moderate heat for twenty minutes and then strain the broth with a strainer.

Arrange the sea bream fillets in a large pan without overlapping them, pour over the hot fish stock and cook for ten minutes over medium heat.

After drain the fillets, without disposing of the broth, and place them in a baking dish keeping them warm.


Clean and thinly slice the mushrooms and put them in the remaining fish broth, add the lemon juice and cook over low heat for five minutes.

In a bowl, work the butter with the flour until it turns into a homogeneous and creamy sauce, to which the mushrooms must be added.

Stir and cook for ten minutes, then add the chopped parsley, pour it over the fish fillets and serve immediately on the table.
