How to cook cooked broccoli to obtain a light side dish to pair with raw tomatoes and season with a salty sauce based on garlic, oil and vinegar.

- 1 slice of garlic
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 broccoli
- 2 salad tomatoes
How to make broccoli cooked with tomatoes and sauce
Cook the broccoli in a pan with a liter of salted water with a spoonful of coarse cooking salt, in the meantime wash and dry the tomatoes, cut them into slices and arrange them on a large plate, so as to leave the central part free.
Prepare the sauce for the seasoning by mixing together chopped garlic, oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Drain the broccoli and cool them with cold water to stop cooking, after drying them with a kitchen towel and place them in the free space left in the center of the plate, sprinkle everything with the sauce and serve immediately.
