Burrata with vegetables, courgettes, carrots, celery and green beans

With this easy-to-use recipe, vegetables are mixed with a burrata, to create a soft and tasty dish, to be accompanied with croutons and green bean sauce.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 fresh burrata of about 300 g

- 2 courgettes


- 2 new carrots

- 1 heart of green celery

- 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil


- 1 oil sandwich

- 100/200 g of green beans

- thyme


- salt and pepper

How to prepare burrata with vegetables

Boil the beans in lightly salted water, then drain and let them cool.
