How to make a calzone stuffed with ham and mozzarella, a recipe that includes the addition of fresh tomatoes, to be prepared using homemade pizza dough or, alternatively, the one already purchased ready.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 pack of pizza dough already stretched or 350 g of leavened dough

- 100 g of cooked ham


- 150 g of mozzarella

- 2 fresh ripe tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon of chopped basil


- extra virgin olive oil

- salt and pepper

Preparation of ham and mozzarella filling

Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into thin slices.


Drain the mozzarella and cut it into cubes.

Reduce the ham into strips.
