How to prepare a calzone filled with fresh vegetables, a recipe that involves the use of stracchino in the internal filling, with green beans, courgettes and carrots among the ingredients.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 1 pack of pizza dough already stretched or 350 g approx. of leavened dough
- 2 courgettes
- 2 carrots
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g of green beans
- 200 g of stracchino
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 vegetable nut
- 2 tablespoons of chopped basil

Preparation calzone stuffed with vegetables
Wash and slice courgettes, carrots and spring onion, cut the green beans into small pieces, cook for about 10/15 minutes in a pan with 2 tablespoons of hot oil.
Season with the crumbled nut and add the chopped basil and salt.
Unroll the pizza dough and distribute the vegetables on half the surface first and then the chopped stracchino, then fold the dough into half moon, sealing the edges well.
Place the calzone on the baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Grease the pasta with oil, salt and pass in the preheated oven at 240 ° C for about 20-25 minutes, waiting for the surface to take on a beautiful golden color.
