Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 large tomato that is firm and not overripe
- half a teaspoon of freshly grated horseradish
- 4 slices of pan carré
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 8 lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- salt and pepper
Preparation of canapés for an aperitif
Remove the crust from the slices of pan carré and divide each slice diagonally into two, so as to obtain two triangles, then spread a layer of mayonnaise on them.
Wash and dry the tomato, remove the seeds and cut it into thin slices.
Spread the tomato slices on the slices of pan carré.
