How to prepare canapés with boiled eggs, a recipe that also includes mayonnaise and cherry tomatoes, to be served within 24 hours stored in the fridge.

- 20 pitted black olives
- mayonnaise to taste
- parsley
- White bread
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 3 boiled eggs

Preparation of canapés and boiled eggs
Divide the slices of sandwich bread or the loaf to obtain the desired size of the canapes, usually it is used to divide a common slice of sandwich bread into four squares.
Spread the canapes with mayonnaise and put on each of them a slice of tomato, previously prepared by removing the seeds, salt and pepper, then add a slice of hard-boiled egg and a ring of black olive passed in the oil, finish with a little parsley.
Arrange everything on a tray and serve, or keep everything in the refrigerator inside a closed container, for a maximum period of 24 hours.
