How to make canapes with anchovy fillets, recipe including shelled shrimp, to be prepared using sandwich bread and a few other ingredients, with a fast preparation procedure.


Ingredients for 4 portions

- 10 anchovy fillets in oil

- gr. 80 of peeled shrimp


- sliced ​​pan carrè or canapés bread

- gr. 60 of butter

Preparation of canapes with anchovy fillets

Take the anchovy fillets and reduce them to a pulp with a fork, after this incorporate the butter, mixing everything well so as to obtain a soft mixture suitable to be spread on the bread loaf or the bread for canapés.

Spread each canapé and place 3 or 4 shrimps on it depending on the size.

Arrange in a tray without overlapping, keep in the fridge if you do not serve them within a few hours.
