Canapes with camembert and red radishes


How to make canapes with camembert, appetizer recipe with red radishes and lettuce leaves for decoration, to be made using slices of black bread.

Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 slices of black bread

- 50 g butter

- 120 g Camembert

- 8 red radishes

- 1 pinch of salt

- pepper

- some lettuce leaves

- 1 bunch of radishes

Preparation of canapés with camembert

Soften the butter with a wooden spoon and beat it in a bowl until it becomes frothy.

Butter the slices of black bread and spread a portion of Camembert over them with a spatula, to form a sufficiently thick and homogeneous layer.

Wash and dry the red radishes, without the stems and leaves, slice them thinly with the vegetable slicer and lightly sprinkle them with salt and pepper, before placing them on each slice of bread.

Place the prepared Camembert canapés on a plate covered with lettuce leaves and decorate with some radishes.
