How to cook bay-flavored carrots, recipes cooked in a pan which includes the addition of cream, necessary ingredients, preparation and cooking process.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 20 g of butter
- 1 dl of fresh cream
- 8 carrots
- 4 bay leaves
- salt and pepper
Preparation of carrots with bay leaf
Check the carrots, peel them by scraping them with a knife, then wash them and cut them into sticks about half a cm thick.
In a large enough pan, melt the butter, then put the carrots in it and let them flavor over high heat.
Season with salt, pepper, add 2 bay leaves, lower the heat and cook for about 10 minutes, adding 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Once this is done, add the cream and cook for another 5 minutes to finish cooking, keep in mind that the carrots must remain al dente.
Transfer them to a serving plate and decorate with the remaining 2 bay leaves, then serve on the table.
