Ingredients for 4 portions

- nutmeg to be scratched

- 7 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese


- 40 gr of butter

- half a spoonful of flour

- 1 glass of milk


- salt

How to make cheese sauce with milk

While the pasta is cooking in the pan on the fire, pour the flour into a saucepan and mix together, adding it a little at a time, a little milk, taking care not to leave lumps.

Once this is done, put the saucepan on the stove over medium heat, thicken while stirring and add, in small doses, more milk until reaching a consistency such that the liquid is not too thick.

Now reduce the heat to a minimum and add the grated nutmeg, the Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt without exaggerating, as the cheese is already salty.

Mix well leaving on the fire and stirring occasionally, waiting for the pasta to cook, then season and serve.
