How to cook the chicken breast with almonds, a recipe with soy sauce for which few ingredients are required, ideal for making a very tasty second course of meat.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 100 gr. of shelled almonds and cleaned of the internal film
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
How to make almond chicken breast
Cut the chicken breasts into three pieces long, then divide these strips of meat into smaller pieces about one and a half centimeters wide.
Put a pan with a little oil on the fire, then lay the pieces of chicken with the almonds on it, cook over high heat and stir frequently for about 3 minutes, until the classic pink color of the raw chicken is lost.
Distribute the soy sauce on the pieces of chicken and, after having wet everything with two tablespoons of water, continue cooking for a further 6 minutes on medium heat.
After all this, serve still hot.
