How to make chicken breast with mushroom cream, recipe including cream to be cooked in a pan, with a quick and easy preparation procedure.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 4 chicken breasts of about 150 g each

- 100 g of butter


- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1/4 liter of hot broth, it is fine even if it is a nut

- 2 tablespoons of flour


- 300 g of champignon mushrooms

- half a glass of liquid cream

- lemon juice


- salt and pepper

Preparation of chicken breasts with mushroom cream

Wash, dry and lightly flour the chicken breasts, arrange them in a pan with half the butter, then brown them on both sides.

Add a little broth at a time, continuing cooking, with the pan covered and low heat, for about thirty minutes.

In the meantime, clean the mushrooms, slicing and immersing them in a bowl with water acidulated with lemon juice.

Melt the remaining butter in a pan, together with the oil, then drain and dry the mushrooms, then put them in the pan over high heat for about five minutes, then lower the heat, add salt and pepper and continue cooking for another ten minutes.

Pour the mushrooms with their cooking juices onto the chicken breasts, mix and cook for ten minutes, pouring the cream a few minutes before serving, then remove the pan from the heat and mix carefully.

Transfer to the prepared heated serving dish and serve immediately.
