How to make chicken breasts with curry and cream, a simple but tasty recipe to prepare in a short time, necessary ingredients and detailed procedure.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 full spoonful of double 0 flour
- 2 full spoonful of curry
- 200 gr. cream
- salt
How to cook curry and cream chicken breasts
Open the chicken breasts and flatten them with the help of a meat tenderizer, heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a large enough pan and lay the chicken breasts on it, cooking them for 2 minutes each part on high heat to brown them.
Continue cooking for another 3 minutes but over moderate heat, at the end transfer the chicken breasts to a serving tray.
Once this is done, put the remaining oil in a pan, combining the flour and the curry, mixing well.
Put on the heat and add the cream, mixing and bringing to a boil.
