How to cook chicken legs with herbs

Wash the chives, tarragon and parsley well, drain them and, after drying them with a clean cloth, mince them thoroughly.

Clean the leeks by removing the outer leaves, check the roots and the less tender part, wash them and, once dried, chop them together with the bacon.

Sauté the chopped leeks and bacon in a pan with the oil, making sure that it does not color.

Add the chicken legs to brown them, turning them frequently with a wooden spoon to make them color evenly.

Then pour the white wine, to evaporate by raising the gas and uncovered pan. Give flavor with a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground pepper, continuing to cook over a low heat, with a covered container, for a further 20 minutes, pouring the cream in small doses during this time.

When cooked, distribute the chicken legs with the chopped herbs, leaving to flavor for 3 minutes.

The chicken legs with aromatic herbs should be served still hot and arranged on a serving tray together with the cooking sauce.
