How to make pan-fried beer chicken, a tasty dish that gives a touch of originality to the classic recipe of roasted chicken cut into pieces.


Ingredients for 4 people

- 1 chicken of about 1,300

- 1/3 liter of light beer


- 1 carrot

- 1 medium sized onion

- 1 stalk of celery


- a pinch of ground cinnamon

- 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika

- 80 g of butter


- a little white flour to flour

How to prepare chicken beer in a pan
