How to quickly make a delicious chocolate souffle, a recipe that is obtained by mixing the crumbled eggs, sugar and marron glacé in the chocolate melted in milk.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 300 g of dark chocolate
- 150 ml of milk
- 150 g of marron glacé
- 20 g of flaked almonds
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 4 eggs
- icing sugar
How to prepare the chocolate and marron glacé soufflé
Beat the egg whites until stiff with the sugar.
In a saucepan, melt the milk chocolate in a water bath.
Allow the melted chocolate to cool and, gently turning continuously, mix the egg yolks one at a time and then the egg whites, mixing from the bottom upwards being careful not to disassemble them, finally add the coarsely crumbled marron glacé.
