How to make a cold seafood appetizer
Boil the snapper or mullet for 30 minutes in acidulated water, the same thing for shrimps and octopus, remove the bones and reduce them into small regular pieces to be seasoned with olive oil.
Sprinkle a handful of finely chopped parsley on top and decorate with half slices of lemon, before placing them in an appetizer compartment.
In the second compartment, place the sardines in oil, decorated with pepper and gherkin fillets.
In the third compartment arrange the boiled octopus previously seasoned with oil, garlic and basil.
In the fourth compartment, put the canned tuna, along with some anchovy fillets and some black olives.
In the fifth compartment, arrange the mussels, after having opened them in a pan with the dry white wine, some shelled, others left in their valve and decorated with mayonnaise and some slices of hard-boiled egg.
In the sixth compartment, arrange the prawns, previously boiled, peeled and seasoned with oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
