Ingredients for 4 portions

- 1 slice of cooked ham weighing about 80 g.

- 100 gr. of liquid cream


- 600 gr. of ripe tomatoes

- 1 small cucumber

- salt


How to cook cold tomato soup

Wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces, then pass them in the vegetable press, a few at a time, with the accessory in small holes, pouring the past into a bowl.

Take the cucumber and cut it into small cubes, also break the cooked ham into small squares.

In the tureen with tomato puree, add all the other prepared components, leaving aside a few cubes of cucumber for the surface decoration, mix everything well before serving.
