Ingredients 4 portions

- gr. 100 of mascarpone

- lemon juice to taste


- gr. 150 of cooked ham

- gr. 100 of cottage cheese

- salt

Preparation of cooked ham and ricotta meatballs

Blend the cooked ham with the ricotta and mascarpone, add a little lemon juice, a pinch of salt and mix all the ingredients.

Leave to rest in the refrigerator for about two hours, then take the mixture and put it in the pastry bag, then form small meringue-like piles to be served on a tray.
