Ingredients for 4 people
- 200 gr liquid cream
- 400 gr fresh cucumbers
- half a lemon
- salt
Preparation of cream cucumbers
Boil the cream in a large enough pan with high edges, in the meantime peel the cucumbers and, after removing the two ends of each, cut them into slices with a thickness of about 3 millimeters.
Once this is done, add the cucumbers to the cream and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, waiting for the cream to become quite thick.
Finally, squeeze the half lemon in the pan and serve after mixing well.
